Concluding The Training Program Titled: “Basics of Arbitration”

ACT Conflict Resolution is pleased to announce the finale of its training program under the topic of: “Basics of Arbitration” which was held as a part of “Time to ADR in East Jerusalem” project, conducted in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, and supported by Swasiyah Program Palestine.

ACT conducted the training program in a hybrid fashion; Participants were able to attend either virtually via Zoom application or physically within ACT’s headquarters in Jersualem. This training program combined participants from various Arab countries, which resulted in the formation of both diverse and inclusive learning environments.

This training was provided for a consecutive 40 training hours, where participants were able to interact and exchange knowledge and expertise in the field of arbitration.

The program has included basic principles and tools for Arbitration, the topics covered in this training can be seen in the definition of arbitration, formulation of arbitration agreement, forming the arbitral tribunal as well as appointing arbitrators, types of arbitral agreements, and finally the stages of the arbitration process.

ACT expresses its sincerest form of gratitude for all participants of the program for their excellent attendance and effective participation throughout the training. And It hopes that this training program has provided the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to create a successful career for the participants in the fields of arbitration and conflict resolution.
