The Ninth Dialogue Session of Arbitration Forum Titled: Arbitration in Intellectual Property Disputes
ACT Conflict Resolution organized its ninth dialogue session of the arbitration forum under the topic of: “Arbitration in Intellectual Property Disputes” on the 20th of August 2023, with the support of Swasiyah Program Palestine, and in cooperation with The Ministry of Justice.
This session comes with the intention of shedding the light on the importance of arbitration as a method of alternative dispute resolution, as well as reinforcing the culture of arbitration within the society.
This session hosted experts in the field of intellectual property from both Morocco and Palestine. And it was held virtually via “Zoom” application.
The ninth session of the arbitration forum included discussions on intellectual property rights, conflicts emerging in the field of intellectual property, and the role of arbitration in resolving this type of conflict.
The session has seen a wide participation from multiple Arab countries; the number of participants has been estimated to be roughly 131 who presented their questions and opinions on this important topic.
This session comes in accordance with a project titled: “Time to ADR in East Jerusalem,” conducted by ACT Conflict Resolution with the support of Swasiyah Program Palestine in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice.
