The Second Day of: "The Basics of Arbitration" Training Course

It pleases us to announce that the second day of the basics of arbitration training has been cocluded successfully

The Second Day of the basics of Arbitration training was held on Wednesday the 12th of July 2023. This training comes as a part of Time to ADR in EJ project in partnership with The Ministry of Justice and funded by Swasyah Project Palestine. 

1. This training was provided by Mrs. Mai Abu Ghazaleh, and it included an overall introduction on arbitration and the following topics were covered: 
2. Distinguishing arbitration from other means of alternative dispute resolution 
3. The arbitration agreement
4. Conditions of the arbitration agreement 
5. Shapes of the arbitration agreement and the difference between them
6. Results of the Arbitration agreement
