The First Day of: "The Basics of Arbitration" Training Course
It pleases us to announce that the First day of the basics of arbitration training has been cocluded successfully
The First Day of the basics of Arbitration training was held on Wednesday the 5th of July 2023. This training comes as a part of Time to ADR in EJ project in partnership with The Ministry of Justice and funded by Swasyah Project Palestine. This training was held virtually and physically, 13 particpants have attended the training in ACT headquarters wereas more than 20 participants attended via Zoom.
This training was provided by Mrs. Mai Abu Ghazaleh, and it included an overall introduction on arbitration and the following topics were covered:
- The Rise of Arbitration and its Evolution
- Legal definition of Arbitration
- Introduction to Arbitration
- The Legal Nature of Arbitration
- Practical Application
- Arbitration Pros and Characteristics
