Conclusion of a training course on preparing and qualifying arbitrators in family disputes in Hebron

ACT - conflict resolution organization in partnership with the Legal Center for Dispute Resolution in Hebron completed a training course on preparing and certifying arbitrators in family conflicts with 9 male and female trainees. The training course consisted of a 15 workshops that were conducted both in person and on zoom, that were led by Dr. Mohammad Jamal Abu Snina.  

The trainees received a total of 40 training hours. 

The course covered a variety of skills, such as becoming familiar with the fundamentals and principles of mediation and arbitration as well as learning about the Med-Arb hybrid system, which combines mediation and arbitration into a single process and is in line with arbitration in conflict and discord issues. Within a simulated mediation and arbitration process, the participants got training on arbitration processes in family disputes.
