ACT Foundation for Conflict Resolution held the fourth meeting of the Mediation Forum

On Wednesday 1-6-2022, the ACT held the fourth symposium of the Mediation Forum entitled “Mediation Ethics and Duties: Commitment to Care or Achieve Result” with a joint presentation by Mr. Mohammad Hadieh and Mrs. Faten Ben Al-Amin from Tunisia. In the presence of 56 participants from Palestine, Tunisia and various Arab countries.
The symposium consisted of three parts. Ms. Faten started with a review of the concept of mediation, then dealt with the definition of a mediator, his role and the conditions that must be met by a person to become a mediator. She also explained the principles and ethics that the mediator must adhere to and the qualities that he must possess.
