The course of preparing and qualifying arbitrators in family disputes began in the city of Hebron...
15 participants participated and completed the first and second meetings of the course of preparing and qualifying arbitrators in family disputes, which is held in Hebron, with the presentation of Dr. Muhammad Jamal Abu sunaineh.
The course is divided into 10 meetings divided between theoretical and practical frameworks. The first two meetings included a general definition of the conflict, its origin, development and how to deal with it. Then, inform the trainees of the alternative means of conflict resolution represented by mediation and arbitration, and clarify the skills of each of them, their stages, and what distinguishes them from other methods of conflict resolution, especially in issues of conflict and discord.
It should be noted that this is the first time that the course has been held outside the organization’s headquarters, after successfully holding 3 courses on mediation and arbitration in family disputes, and this paves the way for a series of courses that the Foundation will hold in the future in various Palestinian governorates.
