ACT for Conflict Resolution completes a training course entitled "Damage Compensation in Arbitral Jurisdiction".

15 participants from various Arab countries completed a training course on "Damage Compensation in Arbitral Jurisdiction", which aims to enhance the capabilities of arbitrators in the issue of civil liability. This training course was implemented by ACT for Conflict Resolution in partnership with SNS Bahrain Center under the supervision of Dr. Mohammad Al-Shaheer.

It is worth mentioning that the training course was distributed on eight days, as through the training, the participants gained many skills, including the consolidation of civil liability concept and identifying the contractual fault and its obligations, as well as contractual and tortious liability and its compensation. In addition to an in-depth understanding to the penalty clause concept and its results, and identifying the basic principles of evidence before the arbitral tribunal.
