Fatmeh Abdulatif holds a Bachelor’s degree from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem and brings extensive expertise in project lifecycle management, with proven ability to oversee the full project cycle—from financial planning, quoting, and documentation to implementation and progress tracking. With strong research skills, Fatmeh has supported strategic decision-making and project development through in-depth, evidence-based analysis. She also has wide-ranging experience in capacity building, having designed and delivered programs across diverse fields, including environmental sustainability, communication skills, management, negotiation, democracy and governance, gender equality, and small and medium-sized business development.
