Request for Technical Offers and Price Quotations

Within the project “Time to Act” implemented by ACT Conflict Resolution and funded by GIZ, ACT seeks to receive technical offers and price quotations from produce videos to raise awareness on protecting and preserving crime scene and the importance of keeping evidences in their actual state,  within the specifications mentioned in the table annexed and in compliance with the following conditions.

• Prices shall be in EURO, VAT included.  
• The bid will be awarded to best price submitted that comply with the required specifications.
•  This bidding is devisable.
• Technical offers and quotations received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

Interested service providers are invited to submit their technical offers which include scenario development and their vision for the videos attached with this document filled in sealed envelope at ACT’s office (Jibril Al-Mutran 21 Building, Al-Dahieh Circle, Beit Hanina, Jerusalem) or via e-mail: info@actadr.org no later than 14.05.2022
